Alison Rhinehart joins Regan + Ferguson Group as a 13-year industry veteran with award-winning real estate experience, beginning in the Chicago market. She then brought her expertise back to her hometown here in Fort Wayne, where she recently completed her master's degree while raising her two children. Alison specializes in luxury properties and second home opportunities in Lake Country, just an hour north of the city. Her natural abilities as a sales leader and former media professional, coupled with her drive and passion to help people, with a direct, can-do, positive attitude, have led to her successful career in Real Estate. As a REALTOR® and Asst. Broker, Alison built a luxury real estate business from the ground up and, within several years was ranked in the top 3% of Chicago area agents. Simultaneously, she completed the Berkshire Hathaway Home Services Leadership Academy in 2018, was appointed New Agent Sales Trainer in 2019, and each year was awarded top sales accolades. She brings with her marketing, leadership, and a customer-focused experience that translates to customized, creative marketing programs for her sellers and concierge-level service for her buyers. When she’s not helping her clients, she can be found volunteering at the Hope House, counseling those in need, traveling, and happily raising her two kids.
