Meet Heather
Co-Owner, Founder & Managing Principal Broker | Regan + Ferguson Group Realty
15 Years of Real Estate Experience | 25 Years in Fort Wayne
Real estate has always been about so much more than buying and selling homes for me. It's about people, relationships, and helping families navigate some of life's biggest decisions. Having called Fort Wayne home for 25 years, I've developed a genuine appreciation for this community and everything that makes it such a wonderful place to live and raise a family. With 15 years of experience in real estate, I've been fortunate to build a career doing something I genuinely love while helping others find their place in a community that means so much to me.
As the co-owner, founder, and Managing Principal Broker of Regan + Ferguson Group Realty, I'm incredibly proud of the business we've built and the relationships we've developed along the way. Our team has consistently ranked among the top-producing real estate teams in Northeast Indiana, including being recognized as the #1 real estate team in sales volume for four consecutive years (2022–2025), according to UPSTAR MLS rankings. We've also earned national recognition through RealTrends America's Best.
While those accomplishments mean a great deal to me, what matters most is the trust our clients place in us. Whether you're buying your first home, selling a home you've loved for decades, relocating to Fort Wayne, or navigating the luxury real estate market, I believe everyone deserves the same level of attention, honest advice, and exceptional service. Every client and every home has a story, and I consider it a privilege to be part of that next chapter.
Over the years, I've developed an extensive understanding of the Fort Wayne real estate market, with particular expertise in Southwest Allen County and established neighborhoods such as Sycamore Hills, Chestnut Hills, Covington Lake Estates, Covington Manor Farms, Devil's Hollow, Heron Preserve, and beyond. I love helping clients understand what makes each neighborhood special, how to position their homes in the market, and how to make smart real estate decisions. From first-time buyers to luxury homeowners, my approach is always the same: thoughtful guidance, creative marketing, and a commitment to achieving the best possible outcome.
One thing my clients learn pretty quickly is that I'm not afraid to give my honest opinion. I believe in straightforward conversations, thoughtful strategies, and treating people the way I would want my own family to be treated. Sometimes that means telling someone what they need to hear rather than what they want to hear. To me, that's not just good business. It's the right thing to do.
I'm also incredibly proud that Regan + Ferguson Group is an independent, locally owned, women-owned, and veteran-owned brokerage. We've worked hard to build a business that combines the experience and resources of a top-producing real estate team with the personal attention and relationships you should expect from a locally owned company. Our clients aren't numbers, and our relationships certainly don't end at the closing table.
Outside of real estate, my favorite place to be is with my family. My husband, Steve, and I have three wonderful children, Phoenix, Halle, and Hudson, who keep life interesting and make us incredibly proud. We're huge Indiana University fans (Go Hoosiers!) and love traveling, spending time at the beach, entertaining friends and family, and making memories together. When I'm not working, you'll likely find me cooking, playing tennis or pickleball, or planning our next family adventure. Life is busy, but I wouldn't have it any other way!
I've also been fortunate to receive recognition throughout my career, including being named to Greater Fort Wayne Business Weekly's 40 Under 40. While awards are always appreciated, I've learned that the greatest measure of success isn't found in rankings or sales numbers. It's in the relationships you build, the people who trust you, and the clients who become lifelong friends.
At the end of the day, I'm incredibly grateful for the opportunity to do what I love, alongside people I respect, in a community that has given my family so much. I don't take that for granted, and I hope it shows in the way we do business every single day.
