Leslie is a real estate managing broker and co-owner of the Regan + Ferguson Group, Northeast Indiana’s #1 real estate team for 2022, 2023 and 2024. Proudly, she is the daughter of a career Army officer and a former Army Captain herself. She spent the first 18 years of her life moving, forging friendships and embracing new communities, and the next 30+ years weaving her own tapestry of diverse professional experiences. Her professional roles in the military, as a Denver Broncos marketing specialist, and as a public relations manager and consultant led her to a career in real estate, where concierge-level customer service is the cornerstone of hers and her group's success. Leslie consistently ranks in the top 1% of the region’s real estate agents and has earned numerous industry accolades and specialist designations. She and her business partner Heather Regan are annually awarded America’s Top 100 Real Estate Agents (2021, 2022, 2023, 2024), assigned to the top 1% of agents in America.
