We proudly helped 79 sellers and 50 buyers, achieving over $79 million in total sales—a record-breaking year for our team. Representing clients from $80,000 all the way up to 2.3M, our goal of providing all of our clients with an exceptional experience was again our #1 priority this year.
Our performance metrics highlight the strength of our approach: our listings had an impressive median of just 7 days on the market, we facilitated 22 sales over $1 million, and nearly 20% of our listings were both listed and sold by our team.
